Melina Gordon – What current trends are shaping your business model?
Regarding the hotel, if you have the opportunity to come and visit us, it’s a very laid-back style from the decoration to the way that the employees will welcome you. It’s not more about luxury hotels or, it’s more about lifestyle. We want to recreate that kind of comfort that you have in your house when you come to the hotel. We don’t have carpets in the room, there is no formal lobby with a concierge desk and a reception. It’s more, you can even do remote checking if you don’t want to deal with a person, now we are more used to deal with applications and computers than real persons. So, we are going that way. Regarding Human resources we don’t have that loyal employee for 30 years anymore, right. Even the same concept that you may have for Uber, that we are transitioning to staffing companies or have an app that I need a server for one day. We are not there yet, I’m afraid we may go there but that’s the way the industries is going in HR and in Hotels.
