Melina Gordon – What are the most important decisions you make as a leader of your organization?
I can talk as an HR Director. Probably the most important when I think about that is who do we recruit. Our company may be amazing, the hotel could be beautiful, the food could be great but if you don’t have the right people probably the business is not going to be where we want the business to be. So, the critical decisions for me is that make sure the recruitment is done in a good way in the sense of recruiting the right person for the right job and also, I have to make critical decisions on changing systems or changing processes in some area but I could say that hiring the right people is where I have the biggest impact.
