Melina Gordon – How is your business adapting to the changing values of younger guests and employees?
We have made the decision since the hotel opened, we do not do drug tests. I think we need to start adjusting and understanding what is the young generations you know, used to. Also, there is more applications and communications than through telephone instead of the previous systems and the way that we dress in the hotel, there is no more formal jacket, we can wear sneakers. We want to make sure that the employee and the person is happy working instead of trying to be in compliance with so many policies and codes. We try to let them be themselves.
