Melina Gordon – How has the technology changed your marketing strategy, and what is the impact of social media?
Everything. You know we don’t do anything that is not through social media at this moment. I’m not an expert but we don’t have a marketing department, we only have PR department doing most of the promotions through social media and any kind of channels. Regarding Human Resources, again, you know, social media is a must. People probably will stay in a hotel that has good comments from the guest and people will probably work in a property where there are good comments from the employees. There are no more ads showing happy employees, you want to hear real testimonies about our employees.
