Foodies on a tight budget. Look for two things authenticity and focus when it comes authenticity look for flavor profiles that are really pronounce here in Miami for example we have Latin, we have Caribbean, we have things that are going on no where else in the country. Also look for focus; look for a chef, look for restaurant that’s doing something incredibly regional, and make sure they are doing that really really well. If they are on a budget look for great value like Miami Spice. Miami Spice is often seasonal here and it’s a fraction of the cost of full menu but still a great experience.
